Depending on what a shoot needs, I can take on as much or as little of the production process as makes sense — camera operating, lighting, sound, directing and the edit. Businesses often bring me in to run a project start to finish; agencies and production companies bring me in as an experienced freelance camera operator to slot into a crew that's already built.
As a solo freelance videographer I can comfortably handle filming, lighting and sound on smaller productions myself. For bigger shoots, I'll bring in additional camera operators, sound recordists or other crew as needed.

Camera operating, filming management, camera setup and video engineering for live and recorded multicam productions — timecode-synced, run single-handedly or as part of a crew.
On bigger shows I work as part of a larger production team — alongside a producer, vMix operators and the technical director or vision mixer cutting the show — directing cameras and making sure every feed reaches the switcher colour-matched and correctly timecode-synced so it cuts together cleanly. I've filled the DoP, filming manager and video engineer roles on multi-day broadcast productions, responsible for camera setups, signal distribution and keeping every source genlocked and colour-consistent throughout a live or recorded show.

Drone videography uses camera-equipped drones to capture aerial footage from angles that would be difficult or impossible to reach from the ground — adding scale, movement and a real sense of place to a production. It suits a wide range of work, from commercial films and events to property, architecture and location-based shoots, and modern drones deliver cinematic, stabilised footage far more flexibly and affordably than traditional aerial filming methods like helicopters.
I fly and shoot on DJI drones, and offer the work either as a dedicated aerial filming and photography service on its own, or folded into a wider video production alongside ground-based filming — whichever the brief calls for.
Fully compliant with UK drone law: I hold a valid CAA Flyer ID and am certified to operate in the A1 and A3 Open Category subcategories, so every aerial shoot is flown legally, safely and to the standard clients can rely on.
Data wrangling, colour grading, asset management and on-set video engineering — keeping footage organised and backed up, signal distributed cleanly, and everything graded to a consistent look in the edit.
On set, that means running a proper backup workflow from card to drive — and drive to drive — before anything is deleted, keeping multicam and single-camera footage organised and labelled so nothing gets lost in the edit, and stepping in as video engineer where a shoot needs someone managing signal distribution and monitoring across multiple camera feeds.
The same attention to colour carries over into photography: every shoot is delivered from RAW files rather than straight-out-of-camera JPEGs, with each image individually edited and colour graded in Lightroom and Photoshop to a consistent, considered look before it reaches a client.
